Resiliency and wellness networking event

Presented by the ASBMB Women in Biochemistry and Â鶹´«Ã½É«ÇéƬ Biology Committee

May 6, 2021 | 4–5 p.m. EDT | Free registration required

How do you cope with pressure? What are some tools for overcoming setbacks? These are questions that arise throughout a career, whether one is an undergraduate in a first science course or a senior researcher and scholar.

Building from Sharon Milgram's presentation at the ASBMB Annual Meeting titled "," this event will give participants an opportunity to reflect on and share their own challenges and strategies they have found successful (and unsuccessful) in developing resilience.

If you are missing out on the personal connections made while attending in-person meetings, catch up with old acquaintances or meet new colleagues at this virtual networking event. All are welcome to attend. For maximum benefit, come prepared to exchange ideas and feedback in facilitated breakout discussions.
